What type of training do you offer?
We offer professional technology training in SAP, Microsoft (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps), Python, and Artificial Intelligence. We include focused courses, full academies, Learning Hub, and preparation for official certifications.
Are the courses delivered in Spanish or English?
Yes. All of our instructor-led training is delivered in Spanish or English. For SAP Learning Hub, the platform is in English, although some materials are available in Spanish and other languages.
What delivery formats do you offer (on-site, online, hybrid)?
We offer all three formats. Courses and academies can be delivered on-site at our facilities, 100% live online, or hybrid depending on the program and the group’s needs. Learning Hub and Certification Hub are digital.
Do you issue attendance certificates or certifications?
Yes. All courses and academies include an attendance certificate. Official certifications (SAP, Microsoft, Python) are issued directly by the vendor after passing the corresponding exam.
Do you have options for companies or groups?
Yes. We offer private and in-company courses for business teams starting at 5 participants, with options to customize content, schedules, and focus based on business needs.

How do I enroll in a course?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. We also provide invoicing options for businesses.
Do you offer installment payments or interest-free monthly payments?
Yes. We offer interest-free installment options with participating cards.
Do you offer discounts for groups or multiple courses?
Yes. We offer special pricing for groups and multi-course packages. Contact our commercial team to learn about available options.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
The policy varies by program. We recommend confirming the specific terms with your advisor at the time of enrollment.

What’s the difference between Academy, Course, Learning Hub, and Certification Hub?
An Academy is a full module-based path (120 hours). A Course is focused training on a specific topic (1–5 days). Learning Hub is continuous 24/7 self-study for 12 months. Certification Hub is for scheduling and taking the official exam.
Do I need prior experience to train in SAP?
Not always. For Academies, you can start from fundamentals. For Courses, prior SAP knowledge and functional experience in the specific topic area are usually recommended.
Is the SAP training valid for official certification?
Yes. As an educational SAP Partner, our training aligns with official standards and prepares you to take SAP certifications.
Which SAP modules do you cover?

Delivery format
Are the courses live or recorded?
Courses and academies are live with a certified instructor and direct interaction. Learning Hub is on-demand 24/7 self-study.
Can I access recordings afterwards?
This depends on the specific program. Ask your advisor about access to materials and recordings for the course you’re interested in.
Which platform do you use for online courses?
We use professional video conferencing platforms that support real-time interaction, screen sharing, and collaborative work.
Do you include materials or hands-on exercises?
Yes. All programs include hands-on exercises with real business cases and supporting materials. The approach is practical and immediately applicable.

Do you offer private or in-company courses?
Yes. We design private training programs for business teams, delivered either at our facilities or at your company.
Can you customize content based on our needs?
Yes. Private courses can be tailored in content, schedules, and focus based on your business context and your team’s objectives.
What is the minimum number of participants for private courses?
The minimum is 5 participants for private groups.
Do you provide post-training follow-up?
Yes. Business programs include follow-up during the training and may include continued support afterwards depending on the contracted scope.
